• Online Mode: Your data is securely backed up to our cloud server under your subscription only. This ensures your information remains safe in case of phone loss or damage and allows you to access your data through the EMS Pro web version.

We do not share your personal data with any third party. Cloud storage is used solely for your data backup and access purposes.

3. How You Use the Data

EMS Pro provides tools to help you:

• View, edit, and organize your contact and supporter data.
• Send WhatsApp or SMS messages to your saved contacts directly.
• Invite others to join your network using a QR code or unique team code.

All actions are initiated by you. EMS Pro does not automatically send any messages or share any contact data.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data both on your device and in the cloud. For better protection, ensure your device and account are secured with a password or screen lock.

EMS Pro does not share, sell, or transmit your personal data to any third parties. Your data remains private and fully under your control.

• You can request the deletion of your cloud data by contacting our support team.
• Uninstalling the app removes all data stored locally on your device.
